Well after all that me and samantha_cross have said about the new targets I actually came in for Thursday 5th at 372 seconds average talk and wrap. The whole team jude was even lower so some of the other team members must have had good days too. Also I got what we call 'a hero' from another colleague from a different team who thinks I gave excellent customer service, it's a pleasure to hear that I try and help our customers and their broadband problems (despite limited technical help). Despite this I have a call like some of Sarah's the other day where due to technical help being based in India would not speak to them without me being in a conference call, however this also helped me as I was able to hear first hand what we expect the customers to listen to. (Language barrier and not understanding customers problem) We have all had a new desk plan issued to us. This was not accepted by all of the team members for one reason or another. Current Mood: ecstatic
